GENERAL
I will not create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
Specific restrictions include but are not limited to furries, mechs, explicit adult content, excessive muscles, gore, copied styles, and gender identities or cultures I may not be able to portray authentically.PAYMENTS
Payments are cut up as so:Sketch (25%)
Lineart (25%)
Colored (25%)
LowRes Final (25%)orSketch (25%)
Art (25%)
Mid-Rig (25%)
Final (25%)The final payment is due at first complete watermarked or low-resolution preview of the final deliverables.Invoices, proposal or payment link will be sent to You when I am ready to begin work. You must not send money before these requests for payment from Me.Invoices must be paid within a week, or the project may be cancelled. Work will pause until invoice is paid.Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.Client agrees that they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.REFUNDS
If You request cancellation before Work starts, the project will be canceled and "deposit" will be refunded.If You request cancellation after Work starts, depending on what phase the Work is in and what You have paid, some fees may be forfeited.For example, if You cancel and Work is mid Lineart, the fees for Sketch are forfeit.
But, if You cancel and Work is mid Colored, Sketch is forfeit but Lineart is refunded.Essentially:
Sketch = 25% paid = Forfeit
Lineart = 50% paid = 25% forfeit / 25% refunded
Colored = 75% paid = 30% forfeit / 45% refundedRefunds are not accepted once artwork is completed, fully paid, and delivered.REVISIONS
One revision is allowed per item shown to You during the process. After line art is approved, only minor revisions are allowed. Revisions may affect progress and timeline.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Work completion requires 1 week minimum, and may take up to 2 months depending on each project. Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload. I work best with a due date, but I need at least a week.I'll send a lower RES watermarked image when its finished, and when the artwork is approved and payment is received I will send You the full final pieceRIGHTS AND USAGE
A. Artist General Rights
Unless we agree otherwise, I keep the copyright and ownership of all artwork I make. This includes the right to show the artwork (finished or in progress) on my website, social media, portfolio, and other platforms like Twitch. I also keep the rights to use the artwork for self-promotion, printing, or other display purposes.B. Client Rights – Personal Use License
You get non-transferable rights to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
This includes:
Posting on social media (like profile pictures, banners, and posts) as long as it’s not making you money
Printing it for personal display (like in your room)
Using it in website or channel designs, but not inside monetized contentYou may not claim the artwork as your own. Please credit me clearly by using my handle, tag, or link wherever the art is shown, or in a visible place on your page or channel if direct credit isn’t possible.Ca. Client Rights – No Commercial Use (Illustration Commissions Only)
Commercial usage rights are not included in standard illustration commissions.This means the artwork may not be used for monetized content, branding, merchandise, advertising, or any for-profit purpose. If you’re interested in commercial rights, they must be discussed and purchased separately.Cb. Client Rights – Commercial Use License (VTuber Commissions Only)
VTuber commissions come with commercial use rights by default.You’re allowed to use the artwork and assets for monetized content, including streaming, sponsorships, advertising, and other income-related activities. If I create original designs for your brand, such as a custom character or logo, those design rights are fully transferred to you for personal or commercial use, including editing and production.Usage of my Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes is strictly prohibited.COMMUNICATION
